How to perform adjustment:
Adjustment is to be carried out with the cover removed. It is recom-
mended to attach changeover lever

to facilitate adjustment.
1. Loosen two screws

of positioning collar

Move positioning collar

so that it can be detached from positioning
shaft

2. Loosen three screws

of thread inlet bracket

Turn the pulley to the angle at which the looper is brought to the
position shown in the gure. (So that the pipe and the pipe cradle
bushing are aligned in a straight line) Move the lever to the threading
state.
At this time, adjust the position of thread inlet bracket

and the an-
gle of the main shaft so that the pipe enters the pushing straightway.
* Deviation as large as approximately 0.5 mm is permitted.
