activated with a newly announcement type.

If the TP indicator flashes, Road Traffic News
Standby Reception is not yet activated.
To activate Road Traffic News Standby
Reception, tune in to another DAB service
supporting these signals.
When you tune in to such a service, the TP
indicator stops flashing and remains lit. Now
Road Traffic News Standby Reception is
activated.
To deactivate the Road Traffic News Standby
Reception (and TA Standby Reception):
Using Announcement Standby
Reception
Announcement Standby Reception allows the
unit to switch temporarily to your favorite
service (Announcement type) from any source
except FM and AM.
To activate Announcement Standby Reception
You can select your favorite announcement
type for Announcement Standby Reception.
Once you select a new announcement type
following the procedure below, Announcement
Standby Reception is automatically activated.
1 While playing any source...
The Main Menu appears on
the display.
2 Move the cursor to “PSM” on the Main
Menu.
TP indicator goes off.
