When COUNTER PULSE does not vary in reel motor rotation for the following period,
Auto Stop mode takes place:
In Fast Foward operation ( <j, DD , MS): 1.5 sec
{in Normal operation (PLAY, REC/PLAY) : 15 sec
In normal operation, counting is not operated for 3.5 sec after start of reel motor and auto
stop takes place 1.5 sec after the non-counting period for 3.5 sec.
