Why can't I access my Keebox IP Camera remotely?

This issue might arise from a firewall blocking the connection. Check the Internet firewall settings with your system administrator. Alternatively, the default router settings might not allow external access to the camera. Ensure that your router is configured to allow the Keebox IP Camera to be accessed outside of your local network.
