@ Usually, set the switch to AUTO (auto tuning).
Select manual tuning when noise interferes due to weak radio wave.
(The stereo broadcasting is received in monaural during manual
tuning.)

For Auto Tuning: Press v or a once and the tuner automatically
tunes to a receivable station.
For Manual Tuning: Press repeatedly until the frequency you desire
is tuned. You can also tune by holding the but-
ton down. ‘
