Make sure that the PTO safe
cover is in its position before
driving the PTO shaft.
The PTO shaft and universal
joint shaft should not be inter-
fered by any surrounding parts.
Never go close to the rotating
PTO shaft or universal joint
shaft. A severe accident can
happen.

er for selection of the univer-
sal joint.
When selecting a universal
joint, make sure that it is not
too short to come off the its
female and male shafts at the
highest position or too long
to impact its female and mail
shafts at the lowest position.
Move the joint front and back
to check that its lock pin is
properly seated to the groove
of the PTO shaft.

9. Turn the top link to make the
implement balanced. Then,
move the implement to the left
and right, and secure it into the
proper position by tting the tele-
scopic stabilizers lock pin
10. At this time, stop the engine,
lower the implement onto the
ground, and set the PTO gear
neutral. The PTO shaft to the
tractor PTO insuring the lock pin
is engaged.
11. Remove the implement in the
reverse order of installation and
use the implement support as
necessary.
