8.3 SPARK PLUG SERVICE
Recommended Spark Plug: GS1000 CR5HSB (NGK)
GS2000 CR5HSB (NGK)
GS2600 BPR6ES (NGK)
To ensure proper engine operation, the spark plug must be properly gaped and free of deposits.
Only use the recommended spark plug in the generator.
Step 1. Remove the spark plug maintenance cover
Step 2. Remove the spark plug cap.
Step 3. Clean any dirt from around the spark plug base.
Step 4. Use the spark plug spanner to remove the spark plug.
