allowed to come to a complete stop
before a restart attempt is made. If
the starter motor is activated while
the flywheel is still rotating, the
starter pinion and flywheel ring gear
may clash and be damaged.
If starter motor will not turn the
engine over, shut off starter motor
immediately and make no further
attempt to start engine until the con-
dition is corrected.
