  If your Konica Minolta All in One Printer is mis-feeding media, make sure the media is correctly positioned in the tray. Remove the misfed media and reposition it properly. Also, check that you have not exceeded the maximum number of sheets allowed in the tray; remove any excess. Ensure the media guides are correctly adjusted to the media size. Remove any warped or wrinkled media and smooth it out, or replace it with new media if smoothing doesn't help. If the media is moist, replace it with dry media. Ensure envelopes are loaded only in Tray 1, and labels, letterhead, postcards, thick stock, or glossy media are loaded in Tray 1 or 2. Custom-sized media should also be loaded in Tray 1 or 2.
