PROBLEM CAUSE CORRECTIVE ACTION
Lamp not installed
properly.
Inspect lamp installation.
Lamp wiring
disconnected.
Inspect lamp wiring.
Defective lamp. Replace lamp.
Light switch is defective. Replace membrane switch on control
panel.
Lights do not work
Defective electronic
ballast.
Replace ballast.
No audible alarm. Alarm has been temporarily silenced
using “mute” button.
Wrong alarm set point. Airflow monitor alarm is preset at 60
fpm. Repeat calibration steps outlined in
this manual in Chapter 3, Chapter 5 and
Chapter 6.
Constant audible alarm. Check airflow and calibration of airflow
monitor. See Chapter 5 & 6.
Continuous alarm. Check the face velocity of the enclosure
as the airflow of the system may have
changed. If incorrect, follow the
calibration steps in Chapters 3, 5 and 6.
The carbon filter pre-filter or HEPA filter
may have become loaded.
Airflow monitor
malfunction
Low airflow. Check airflow and reset airflow monitor.
See Chapter 5 & 6. Look for filter
blockage or paper debris.
