Settings home screen
Tap Settings to enter into settings home.
When you are setting any other functions (except Google, Scheduled power on and off, and so
on) for the device, slide right across the screen or tap
to open the setting shortcut panel.
Setting the language
Go to Settings > System > Languages & input > Languages > Add a language.
Select the language that you want to add.
Press and hold to drag the added language to the first line.
