Freeze Sequence
3. Prechill
The compressor lowers the temperature of the
evaporator(s) before the water pump is energized. The
water fill valve will remain energized until water
contacts the water level probe.
Energized Control Board Lights-
Single Evaporators = Left Bin (green)
Quad Evaporators = All Curtain Switches (green),
Water Solenoid (red), Liquid Solenoid (red)
4. Freeze
The water pump(s) energizes and water flows over the
evaporator. After water contacts the water level probe
the water fill valve de-energizes. The water fill valve
will cycle on and off one more time.
The freeze cycle continues until the six minute freeze
lock expires and enough ice has formed to allow water
to contact the ice thickness probe. After approximately
10 seconds of continual water contact, the harvest
sequence is initiated.
NOTE: Freeze lock is bypassed after moving the
toggle switch from OFF to ICE position for the first
cycle only.

Quad Evaporators = All Curtain Switches (green),
Water Level (green), Water Solenoid (red), Liquid
