SET THE VERTICAL ADJUSTMENT OF THE HANDLEBAR
STEM TO THE HIGHEST POSITION BEFORE BEGINNING
WITH ASSEMBLY.
DO NOT REMOVE WARNING TAPE FROM THE SLIDERS
PRIOR TO THE HANDLEBAR BEING ASSEMBLED.
POSITION THE HANDLEBAR ON TOP OF
THE UPPER HORIZONTAL SLIDER.
