- Conduct the following checks every time
before you start the machine:
- Condition of the power cable and the plug.
- Ensure that the machine is correctly secured to
the workbench and that the screws and bolts
are tight.
- Ensure that the disc is not blunt.
- Ensure that the disc runs true and does not
catch the machine (conduct a visual inspection
if necessary).

The vibrations on the arm were measured in
accordance with point 13.3 of EN 61029-1.
The volume and pressure levels were measured
in accordance with point 13.2.7 of EN 61029-1.
The optional disc diameter of 100x3.2x10 may
be used with a 1/4“ 325 chain.
The optional disc diameter of 100x4.5x10 must
be used with a 3/8“ 404 chain.
Both discs must be able to withstand a speed of
7500 rpm.
The noise level may exceed 85 dB (A) at the
workplace.
3. Insert the stop bolt (17) into the opening on
the base of the machine to lock the spindle (B19).
Then undo the nut on the grinding disc using
a 13 mm wrench (B19). Remove the disc ange
and the old disc.
4. Now t the new disc and then place the top
ange on the spindle. Insert the stop bolt (17)
into the opening on the base of the machine
to lock the spindle. Retighten the nut for the
grinding disc (B19).
5. Fit the disc guard (9) again and tighten the
screws (B16).
Safety
The machine has dual insulation. Only connect
the machine to an electrical supply which is
identical to the machine’s data.
Close the cover over the disc when the machine
is not in use. Never use the machine with a cover
which does not t. If any parts should be
defective, please order genuine parts direct from
the manufacturer.
Service and Maintenance
- Before performing any work on the equipment,
pull the power plug.
- Use a damp cloth to clean the plastic elements.
Do not use any cleansers, solvents, or pointed
objects.
- Regularly clean any dust that is stuck to the
ventilation openings and moving parts with a
soft brush or a paint brush.
- Never make any modications to the machine’s
electrical system. Never carry out servicing
work whilst the machine’s motor is still running.
- Be cautious of the grinding disc and other
moving parts when you are carrying out
servicing work.
