3. MAXVENTURI REPLACEMENT KITS
3.1 Flow Control Valve Replacement Kit – R211P30-001
The flow control valve replacement kit comes with a flow control valve, black knob
and knob end cap.
* It is recommended to replace both valves at the same time.
3.2 Oxygen Control Valve Replacement Kit – R211P30-002
The oxygen control valve replacement kit comes with a flow control valve, black
knob and knob end cap.
* It is recommended to replace both valves at the same time.
3.3 Conics Replacement Kits – R211P25 & R211P25-001
3.3.1 MaxVenturi Female Conic Repair Kit (Inlet conic) – R211P25-001
The female conic replacement kit comes with a new inlet conic with a small vial of
adhesive. The inlet conic is located on the bottom of the unit.
3.3.2 MaxVenturi Male Conic Repair Kit (outlet conic) – R211P25
The male conic replacement kit comes with a new outlet conic with a small vial of
adhesive. The outlet conic is located on the left side of the device.
3.4 Orifice Replacement Kits – R211P26 & R211P26-001
3.4.1 MaxVenturi Orifice Upgrade Kit – R211P26-001
The MaxVenturi Orifice Upgrade Kit includes:
2 tools, 1 replacement orifice, and an o-ring
Tools are needed for replacement of the orifice.
3.4.2 MaxVenturi Orifice Replacement Kit – R211P26
The MaxVenturi Orifice Replacement Kit includes:
1 replacement orifice and an o-ring
Note: The orifice very rarely needs replacement. The replacement procedure requires
additional equipment for testing. Therefore, it is recommended that devices requiring orifice
replacement should be returned to Maxtec for the replacement procedure. Contact Maxtec
Customer service for details.
3.5 Leak Test Kit – R211P32
The MaxVenturi Leak Test Kit includes: 2 plugs, a 22mm to 6 mm adapter, and a 12”
length of silicone tubing.
