2. Installation and operation
2.1 Installation
1. Establish a rigid connection (which is capable of being shut
off) between the heating system and the ½“ female thread
of the Fülly. Ensure free access to the pressure adjuster and
the filter. Sufficiently secure the connecting line.
2. Establish a hose connection between the filling water source
(which is capable of being shut off) and hose connector of
the Fülly. The hose should be long enough to be disassem-
bled easily once the heating system has been filled (system
separation).
2.2 Operation
1. The Fülly is set to approx. 1.5 bar in the factory. If a lower system pressure is desired, rotate the slotted screw in the centre
of the plastic housing approx. 4 times counter clockwise.
2. Slowly open the shut-off on the filling water side. Check the set pressure on the manometer. (The pressure in the replenish-
ment system must be greater than the system pressure.). To increase the filling pressure, rotate the slotted screw below the
„1.5 bar“ sticker clockwise.
3. Slowly open the shut-off on the heating water side. This lowers the pressure on the Fülly manometer and filling water is
replenished until the setpoint value is reached.
4. Bleed the pipework. Meanwhile, the Fülly will automatically refill to the set value.
5. Close the boiler-side and filling-water-side shut-offs and release the hose connection on the Fülly.
2.3 Operation
Please note the application limits:
• Permissible media: Heating water (in accordance with VDI 2035, non-corrosive), max. glycol content: 50%
• Max. permissible pressure of filling water: 10 bar
• Max. permissible pressure of heating system: 6 bar (manometer)
• Permissible temperature: 0-70°C / Room temperature 5°C to 70°C (non-condensing)
2.4 Maintenance
Clean the filter as required in a depressurised state. Remove the filter insert by unscrewing the plastic stopper (SW17) and clean it
with a soft brush. We recommend performing regular leak-tightness tests.
