Accessories
Remove all accessories as well as
the runners and any extra
accessories from the oven interior
before starting the pyrolytic cleaning
process. The high temperature
needed for pyrolysis will damage
these components.
Universal tray
The surface has been treated with
PerfectClean enamel.
Please refer to the section on
"PerfectClean" for information on
cleaning and care.
Rack, shelf runners
Use warm water and washing-up liquid
or a non-abrasive stainless steel
cleaning agent.
Grease filter
Wash the grease filter in hot water with
a little washing-up liquid or in a
dishwasher.
The cleaning result is better in a
dishwasher if the grease filter is placed
flat, not standing up.
Some dishwasher detergents may
cause the surface of the filter to
discolour. This discolouration will not
affect the functioning of the filter in any
way.
Unlike other components, the grease
filter can be left in the oven during the
pyrolytic cleaning process.
This may permanently discolour the
grease filter, but it will not affect its
functioning.
