40.2.3 Delivery valve removal
1. Turn the injection pump upside down and hold it in
a vise.
2. Remove the delivery valve holder.
3. Remove the delivery valve spring.
4. Remove the delivery valve gasket.
5. Remove the delivery valve with a tweezers.
6. Do Steps (2) through (5) again for remainder of
delivery valves.
40.2.4 Barrel removal
1. Remove the barrels from the housing.

CAUTION
The delivery valves are finely finished parts. Keep
them as clean as possible.

CAUTION
a. The plungers and barrels are finely finished
parts. Keep them as clean as possible.
b. Keep the plungers with their respective barrels
for installation. Do not use plungers or barrels
with other barrels or plungers.
