Windowsdidnotdetectyourhardware.Tosolvethisproblem,complete
thefollowingsteps:
1. SelectStart»ControlPanelanddouble-clicktheSystemicon.
2. SelecttheHardwaretabandclicktheDeviceManagerbutton.
TheDeviceManagerwindowshouldappearasshownbelow.
3. Double-clickthePorts(COM&LPT)icon.Verifythatall
ExpressCardserialcommunicationportsaredisplayedwithout
exclamationmarks(!).IfanyExpressCardserialporthasan
exclamationmark,right-clicktheportandselectUninstall.
4. Double-clicktheUniversalSerialBusControllersicon.Verify
thatnoUSBCompositeDeviceshaveexclamationmarks(!).If
anyUSBCompositeDevicehasanexclamationmark,right-click
theportandselectUninstall.
5. ClicktheScanforHardwareChangesiconatthetopofthe
DeviceManagerwindow.
6. Windowsshouldautomaticallydetectyourhardware.
