If the battery charge is extremely low, the robot goes into shut down mode and the clock resets
to 0:00. Use SET CLOCK in the menu system on your display to reset the clock – and your
scheduled cleanings will still be there.
My Neato Robot isn’t cleaning on schedule. What can I do?
Make sure your robot is fully charged. Check the clock. If it the time shows 0:00, reset the clock
by following the instructions on the display.
Why does my Neato Robot sometimes stop and start by itself?
Debris around the dirt bin might be causing the bin to dislodge. As a safety feature, the robot
turns itself off when the dirt bin is not fully inserted — and continues cleaning when the bin is
back in its proper position.
Check to make sure the area is free of dirt and that the dirt bin is properly inserted into your
robot.
My Neato Robot bounces or vibrates while traveling across hard-surface floors. What does
this mean?
The squeegee on your Neato’s brush guard may be worn out. If you need to replace it, you can
purchase a new brush guard and squeegee combo through one of our partners here.
LCD Screen is Blank
