What to do if the motor of my Ninja Express Chop NJ100 doesn't start?
- HHolly ThompsonJul 27, 2025
If the motor of your Ninja Food Processor doesn’t start or the blades aren’t rotating, ensure the unit is properly plugged into the electrical outlet and check the fuse or breaker. Also, make sure the power head is securely placed on the splash guard and that the bottom of the motor head is clean, with no food blocking the connection. If the container is overloaded, reduce the amount of food. If the unit has overheated, unplug it and wait about 10 minutes before using it again. If necessary, replace the fuse or reset the breaker.
