and/or genuine Nokia accessory ("Product") is free from
defects in material and workmanship, according to the
following terms and conditions:
1. The limited warranty for the cellular phone, data
product and all genuine Nokia accessories (except
battery packs) extends for the first twelve (12) months
beginning on the date of purchase of the Product.
2. The limited warranty for genuine Nokia battery packs
extends for the first six (6) months beginning on the
date of purchase of the Product.
3. The limited warranty extends only to the original
