The base menu
When you are connected to the website a web page will open stating that the device type
you are using isn’t supported and to press ok to continue, simply select either option
depending on whether you want to see this message again or not. Once past the error
screen you will see a screen with the following options displayed using plain text:
Inbox
Calendar
Contacts
Tasks
Find Someone
Compose New
Preferences
Mail Folder Tree
About
Viewing and replying to an email
To view email select ‘Inbox’, the first ten subject lines of your messages will be displayed,
to view the next ten select ‘Next’, to view an email select the corresponding subject line.
To reply to an email scroll down to the end of the message and select ‘Reply’. The options
at the bottom of the email function very similar to their counterparts in Outlook.
Sending email
To send an email select ‘Compose new’, then select ‘Email’, then fill in the fields like a
normal email. When you have finished composing the email scroll down and select ‘Send’.
Accepting/Rejecting a meeting/appointment request
From the base menu select ‘Inbox’ and open the request, you can then scroll down and
accept/reject the request. Accepting the request will only update your outlook calendar not
your phone calendar.
Opening folders other than the inbox
From the base menu select ‘Mail Folder Tree’. This will give you a folder view of your
inbox. You can open the folders by selecting them and view more folders by selecting
‘Next’.
