Troubleshooting flow
Flash programming can be done via the USB test points or the USB connector. If there is a connectivity issue
(open/short circuit) under BGA chip, it may also cause programming failure. It is assumed that the integrity
of the USB connection is verified prior to flashing troubleshooting.
The Care suite PST can give some useful information about the failure as indicated in the following
programming troubleshooting flow.
Memory troubleshooting
Context
Possible issues happen on the main memory could be: image corruption, soldering issue or memory chip
damaged.
