If the melter has the temperature setback and monitoring feature, the
temperature of all heated zones can be reduced during periods when
normal operation must be interrupted for several hours. When the
setback feature is activated, the controller reduces the temperature of all
zones below their operating temperature setpoints by the value selected
on the temperature setback control dial.
