You may need to increase water pressure or precondition the water. Second, the prefilter or Reverse Osmosis membrane cartridges might be clogged with sediment. Try replacing the prefilter cartridge. If the rate doesn't improve, replace the postfilter cartridge and Reverse Osmosis membrane cartridge.
