To Attach the Back
Four Wheel Models
(4200, 4201, 4202, 4200C, 4202C, 4203, 4204, 4205, 4206, 4207, 4208C, 4214, 4215, 4218, 4220, 4222, 4224, 4236,
4237, 4238)
These models are equipped with a flip up back design for quick and easy storage. Your back never has to be removed.
1. Insert the backrest into the black plastic swivel holders (see image 7). Push down on the brass pins and push inwards
until the pins fully engage into the holder. Test the backrest by pulling on it to make sure that the pins are fully
engaged (see image 8).

Estos modelos están equipados con un diseño de respaldo que se levanta rápido y son fácilmente para guardar.
1. Meta el respaldo dentro el tenedor de plástico negro del pivote (vea imagen 7). Presione los botones de cobre hacia
abajo y hacia dentro hasta que los botones se encajen con el tenedor. Revise que los pins estén seguros jalando el
respaldo (vea imagen 8).

Model 4216
1. Repeat steps 1-5 from above.
2. Insert the screw into the hex screw cut out on the on the inside of the frame and through the handle. Make sure
that the hex screw head fits into the hex cut-out on inside of frame.
3. Tighten the black adjustment knob onto the screw from the outside of the walker frame.
4. Attach the basket by hanging both hooks onto the crossbar that supports the seat.
To Attach the Back (see image 9)
1. Pull the knob and turn the knob on the backrest until the silver part of the pin is exposed.
2. Insert the backrest into the frame and turn the knobs clockwise until the back is locked into place. Test the
backrest by pulling on it to make sure that the pins are fully engaged (see image 8).
Modelo 4216
1. Repita los pasos número 1 al 5 mencionados arriba.
2. Meta el tornillo dentro del agujero hexagonal del marco y pase el tubo de la agarradera. Asegure que la cabeza del
tornillo hexagonal quepa dentro del agujero hexagonal del marco.
3. Apriete la manija negra de ajustamiento al tornillo por fuera del marco.
4. Para colocar la canasta enganche la en el tubo que detiene el asiento.
Para Ensamblar el Respaldo (vea imagen 9)
1. Jale la manija del respaldo y voltee la hasta que la parte plateada del pin se vea.
2. Coloque el respaldo en el marco y voltee las manijas a la derecha hasta que el respaldo esté en lugar. Revise que
las clavijas estén seguros jalando el respaldo (vea imagen 8).
