Sends

audio

the

(TAPE-2
REC)
to
the
video
tape
recorder
connected

the
VCR
terminals
for
recording.

to
this

for
normal
operations
other
than
audio/visual!

so
that
the
two
tape
decks
can

used

record
different
program
sources
at
the
same
time.

using
the
contra
bass,
bass,
treble
and
tone
switches.
If
necessary,
you
can
also
use
the
balance
knob
and
mode
switchfor
fine
tuning.
About
the
Variable
Tone
Boosting
System
This
unit
designed
to
gradually
reduce
the
effect
of
thetone
controls
(contra
bass,
bass
and
treble)
as
the
volume
exceeds
a
certain
level.
The
variable
boosting
system
gradually
reduces
the
boosting
effect
of
the
contra
bass
and
bass
and
treble
controls
when
one
or
all
of
these
controls
is
turned
beyond
(to
the
right)
the
center
defeat
position
and
theyolume
control
[6]
is
turned
beyond
the
20
graduation
(the
12
OO
position).
When
the
volume
is
turned
all
the
way
up,
the
fre-
quency
response
will
be
flat
again.
Volume
settings
belo
w
the
20
graduation
have
no
effect
on
the
tone
controls.
Also,
bass
and
treble
contro!
settings
below
(to
the
left
of)
the
cente
defeat
position
are
not
altered
by
the
volume
level.
Using
Tape
Decks
Playback:
Two
tape
decks
can
be
connected
to
this
unit
at
once.
