CALL FORWARDING & DO NOT DISTURB
Divert - All Calls
Your phone will not ring at all
 Lift handset or press SP-Phone
 Press FWD/DND button or dial *710
 Dial 2
 Dial the destinations extension number
 Press the # key
 Listen for confirmation tone
 Hang up the handset or press SP-Phone.
Divert – Busy No Answer
Your phone will ring four times or if you are currently on a call
 Lift handset or press SP-Phone
 Press FWD/DND button or dial *710
 Dial 5
 Dial the destinations extension number
 Press the # key
 Listen for confirmation tone
 Hang up the handset or press SP-Phone.
Divert – External
e.g. Your calls can be forwarded to your mobile
 Lift handset or press SP-Phone
 Press FWD/DND button or dial *710
 Dial 2
 Dial 0 (for the outside line)
 Dial the destinations phone number
 Press the # key
 Listen for confirmation tone
 Hang up the handset or press SP-Phone .
DIVERT – EXTERNAL MUST BE ENABLED IN SYSTEM PROGRAMMING
Divert - All Calls (GROUP) (Refer page 13 on how to find group number)
Your phone will not ring at all
 Lift handset or press SP-Phone
 Press FWD/DND button or dial *71 X
(X = 4 Both internal & external calls, 5 Outside calls only , 6 intercom calls only)
 Dial 1 to Set
 Dial group number (default = 600)
 Dial destination extension number (internal diversions)
or
 Dial 0 followed by outside phone number (external diversions
 Press the # key
 Listen for confirmation tone
 Hang up the handset or press SP-Phone.
Do not Disturb
 Lift handset or press SP-Phone
 Press FWD/DND button or dial *710
 Dial 1
 Listen for confirmation tone
 Hang up the handset or press SP-Phone.
Divert & Do not Disturb – Cancel
 Lift handset or press SP-Phone
 Press FWD/DND button or dial *710
 Dial 0
 Listen for confirmation tone
 Hang up the handset or press SP-Phone.
