 Press The line key button requiring reprogramming

 Dial Line Number (i.e. Button 01 = Line 01, Button 12 = Line 12)

 Press Program Button
 Dial 99
 Press The line key button requiring reprogramming
 Dial #
 Dial Trunk Group Number (i.e. 01-08, 01-12)
 Press Store
 Press Exit
Station Feature Clear
 Press SP-Phone
 Dial *790
Message Lamp Clear
 Dial * 70
 Dial Your extension number
Handset Not Ringing

If LCD Display Reads: PROG INFO RNGOFF BGM under Station Menu
 Press RNGOFF
 Adjust Volume using Navigator Key by pressing Up arrow
(Non Display)
 Check slide switch located on bottom right hand side of handset
 Adjust as necessary.
