Store and use containers in well-ventilated areas to prevent suffocation risks from nitrogen gas displacement.
Liquid nitrogen is extremely cold (-196°C). Wear face shield and protective gloves to prevent frostbite.
Avoid tight-fitting plugs or stoppers, as they can cause pressure increase, damaging the container or causing injury.
Dispose of liquid nitrogen outdoors or in designated areas by pouring it slowly on gravel or bare earth.
Before first use, record the 'as received' tare weight and serial number of each container.
Follow steps for ventilation, slow LN2 addition, avoid overfilling, prevent contact with vacuum plug, and pre-cool materials.
Place pre-cooled material into a pre-cooled canister and lower it into the necktube, securing it in place.
Keep the shipper upright during use; holding time is drastically reduced when the unit is on its side.
Keep the neck plug in when not accessing, to prevent loss of liquid nitrogen and ice accumulation.
Withdraw canisters/racks only enough to remove contents, doing so quickly to minimize exposure.
When adding product, slowly lower the canister/rack, tilting towards the index ring notch.
Do not fasten devices, weld, braze, or pierce the container. Handle units carefully to prevent damage.
High evaporation may indicate vacuum loss, a defective neck plug, or adsorbed ice in the neck tube.
Sweating and frost on the outer casing suggest compromised vacuum integrity of the vapor shipper.
Manufacturing defects covered under warranty. Mishandling not covered. Obtain MRA for returns.
