9. Freeview Play (for
UK models)
9.1. About Freeview Play
To enjoy Freeview Play*, you need to connect your TV to
Internet first.
Freeview Play offers:
• Watch TV programmes you missed from the last seven
days.
• Watch live TV and on demand, all in one place without
entering an app, you can search Freeview Play
programmes in TV Guide.
• Watch over 70 standard channels and upto 15 HD
channels.
• Enjoy on demand services like BBC iPlayer, the ITV Hub,
All 4, Demand 5, BBC NEWS and BBC SPORT.
• There are no contracts and no monthly costs, you’re in
control.

9.2. Using Freeview Play
To open Freeview Play*…
1 - Press (Home) to open the home menu.
2 - Press (right) to overview available Freeview players
(apps) or select Explore Freeview Play to enter Freeview
Play page.
3 - You can press Search or enter a keyword in search
bar at the right-top to search channels.
4 - You can press Recommendation on TV Guide to
sort different types of programmes on selecting a specific
genre.
5 - Select a programme and press Episodes Info to
view the details of the selected programme.
6 - Select a programme and press OK to start watching.
7 - Press Back to close.

9.3. TV Guide on Freeview Play
When Freeview Play* is activated, press TV
GUIDE can open the TV guide, press TV GUIDE again
to close.
Change day
If the TV guide information comes from the broadcaster,
you can press Channel up to view the schedule of one of
the next days. Press Channel down to go back to the
previous day.
Alternatively, you can press OPTIONS and
select Change day.
Accessibility preferences
Press OPTIONS on TV guide and select Accessibility
preferences to adjust the preference of sorting
programmes:
• Show only programmes with audio description
• Show only programmes with subtitles
• Show only programmes with sign language
Privacy settings
Press OPTIONS on TV guide and select Privacy
settings to view the Privacy Policy terms. You can select
to decline the Privacy Policy terms and disable the
Freeview Play; or select to accept the Privacy Policy terms
and enable Freeview Play.
