Your system has a headset quick start guide and a base quick

HOOK UP SYSTEM
Using the diagram, connect the base to your computer, power
outlet and desk phone's headset port, if available. Otherwise,
connect the base to your handset port. See user guide to set up
optional HL10 lifter or EHS cable.
CHARGE YOUR HEADSET
Charge your headset for a minimum of 20 minutes by placing it
in the cradle. The base display's battery icon is blue when
charging and turns off when fully charged.
POWER ON YOUR HEADSET
To turn on the headset, slide the Power button.
PAIR HEADSET TO BASE
Voyager 4300 requires first-time pairing. Voyager 4200/5200
are pre-paired to the base.
1 To pair headset, hold the Power button away from the off
position until the LED flashes blue and red.
VOYAGER 5200 To pair headset, press the Call button until the
LED ashes blue and red.
2 Press the Bluetooth pairing button on the back of your base
until the base display's Bluetooth LED flashes blue and red.
3 Once successfully paired, the base's Bluetooth LED turns
solid blue.
DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE
Poly Lens Desktop App is required for softphone call control.

HOW TO
On the base there are 2 Audio buttons: computer and desk
phone .
Make a call
1 Tap an Audio button . Desk phone only: you hear a dial
tone.
Desk phone only: Press phone's Headset button or manually
remove handset if you don't have HL10 lifter or EHS cable.
2 Dial from your softphone or desk phone.
End/take a call
To answer or end a call, tap the corresponding Audio button
or tap the headset call button.
Desk phone only: If you don't have an HL10 lifter or EHS cable,
press your phone's Headset
button or remove the handset
when answering a call and hang up when ending a call.
TIP Headset call control for the computer requires Poly software
and softphone compatibility. See “Download software.”
TROUBLESHOOTING
No dial tone from desk phone? Adjust the switch on the
bottom of your base to "A" for most phones.
NOTE Use "D" for Cisco phones.
No call audio from computer? Select Voyager Base as your
computer's default audio device.
Is headset sound distorted/echoing? Lower your base's
Listening volume or Speaking volume .
Need to pair your headset again? See "Pair headset to base."
Voyager 4200/4300: Low battery during a call?
Connect the headset directly to your computer with 1.5 m USB
cable to use corded mode.

HEADSET MIT BASIS KOPPELN
Voyager 4300 erfordert erstmalige Kopplung. Voyager 4200/5200

Basis, bis die Bluetooth-LED auf dem Display der Basis rot und
blau blinkt.

Basis blau.

TIPPS

Anruf tätigen
1. Drücken Sie eine Audio-Taste . Nur Festnetztelefon: Sie hören

Nur Festnetztelefon: Drücken Sie die Headset-Taste
des Telefons oder
entfernen Sie den Telefonhörer manuell, wenn Sie keinen HL10-Lifter bzw. kein

2. Wählen Sie über Ihr Softphone oder Festnetztelefon.
Anruf annehmen/beenden
Um einen Anruf entgegenzunehmen oder zu beenden, tippen Sie
auf die Audiotaste
oder auf die Gesprächstaste am Headset.
Nur für Festnetztelefone: Wenn Sie keinen HL10-Lifter bzw. kein EHS-Kabel
haben, drücken Sie die Headset-Taste am Telefon oder nehmen Sie den
Telefonhörer ab, um einen Anruf anzunehmen, oder legen sie auf, um einen Anruf
zu beenden.
TIPP Für die Headset-Anrufsteuerung muss der Computer mit der Poly Software
und Softphones kompatibel sein. Siehe „Herunterladen der Software“.
FEHLERBEHEBUNG
Kein Freizeichen am Festnetztelefon? Bei den meisten Telefonen
müssen Sie den Schalter am Boden der Basis auf „A“ setzen.
HINWEIS Verwenden Sie für Cisco-Telefone „D“.
Kein Ton beim Anruf am Computer? Wählen Sie Voyager Base als

FUNCIONAMIENTO
En la base hay 2 botones de audio: ordenador y teléfono de
escritorio .
Realizar una llamada
1 Pulsa el botón de audio . Solo para teléfonos de escritorio:
oirás un tono de llamada.
Solo para teléfono de escritorio: pulsa el botón de auriculares
del teléfono o
descuelga el auricular manualmente si no tienes un HL10 o un cable de
descolgador electrónico.
2 Marca desde tu softphone o teléfono de escritorio.
Responder/finalizar una llamada
Para responder o finalizar una llamada, toca el botón de audio
correspondiente o el botón de llamada del auricular.
Solo para teléfonos de escritorio: si no tienes un HL10 o un cable de descolgador
electrónico, pulsa el botón de auriculares del teléfono o descuelga el auricular
para responder a una llamada y cuélgalo para nalizarla.
SUGERENCIA El control de llamada del auricular desde ordenador requiere
software de Poly y compatibilidad con softphones. Consulta "Descargar
software".
RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
¿No recibes tono de llamada del teléfono de escritorio? En la
mayoría de teléfonos, ajusta el interruptor de la parte inferior de la
base en "A".
NOTA Utiliza "D" para los teléfonos Cisco.
¿No recibes audio de la llamada del ordenador? Selecciona Voyager
Base como dispositivo de audio predeterminado en tu ordenador.
¿El sonido del auricular está distorsionado/tiene eco? Baja el
volumen de escucha o el volumen de conversación de la base.

Voyager 4300 requiert un premier jumelage. Voyager 4200/5200
sont déjà jumelés à la base.

Pour jumeler des écouteurs, maintenez l’interrupteur éloigné de
la position d’arrêt jusqu’à ce que le témoin à DEL clignote en bleu et
rouge.
VOYAGER 5200 Pour jumeler des écouteurs, appuyez sur le bouton de gestion
des appels jusqu’à ce que le témoin à DEL clignote en bleu et rouge.
2 Appuyez sur le bouton de jumelage Bluetooth
à l'arrière de votre
base jusqu’à ce que le témoin à DEL Bluetooth de l’affichage de la
base clignote en bleu et en rouge.
3 Une fois le jumelage réussi, le témoin à DEL Bluetooth de la base
s’allume en bleu.

Téléphone de bureau seulement : Si vous n'avez pas de décrocheur HL10 ou de
câble EHS, appuyez sur le bouton Écouteurs de votre téléphone, ou retirez les
écouteurs lorsque vous répondez à un appel et raccrochez lorsque l'appel est
terminé.
ASTUCE Les fonctionnalités de commande des appels de l’écouteur pour
l’ordinateur requièrent le logiciel Poly et un téléphone logiciel compatible.
Reportez-vous à la section « Télécharger des logiciels ».
DÉPANNAGE
Pas de tonalité du téléphone de bureau? Placez le commutateur au
bas de votre base en position « A » pour la plupart des téléphones.
REMARQUE Utilisez la position « D » pour les téléphones Cisco.
Pas de son des appels sur l'ordinateur? Sélectionnez Voyager Base

Voyager 4300 richiede un'associazione iniziale. Voyager
4200/5200 sono pre-associati alla base.

Per associare l'auricolare, tenere premuto il pulsante di accensione
in direzione opposta dalla posizione di spegnimento finché il LED
non lampeggia in blu e rosso.
VOYAGER 5200 rosso.
2. Tenere premuto il pulsante di associazione Bluetooth
sul retro
della base finché il LED Bluetooth sul display non lampeggia in
blu e rosso.
3. Una volta completata l'associazione, il LED Bluetooth della base
diventa blu fisso.

Effettuare una chiamata

Terminare/rispondere a una chiamata
Per rispondere o terminare una chiamata, toccare il pulsante Audio
corrispondente o toccare il pulsante di chiamata sulle cuffie.
Solo per telefoni ssi: se non si dispone di un dispositivo automatico di risposta
HL10 o di un cavo EHS, premere il pulsante auricolare del telefono oppure
sollevare manualmente la cornetta quando si risponde a una chiamata e
riagganciare per terminarla.
SUGGERIMENTO Il controllo chiamate dell'auricolare per il computer richiede il
software Poly e la compatibilità softphone. Vedere "Scaricare il software".
RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI
Nessun segnale di linea libera dal telefono fisso Per la maggior
parte dei telefoni, impostare l'interruttore riportato nella parte
