This document describes the Premium Levella Single Door Merchandiser Refrigerator, available in several models: PRF65DX, PRF90DX, PRF125DX, PRF155DX, PRF657DX, PRF907DX, PRF1257DX, and PRF1557DX.
Function Description:
The Premium Levella Single Door Merchandiser Refrigerator is designed for commercial use, serving as a display cooler for various goods. Its primary function is to keep stored items cold while allowing clear visibility through a luxurious hollow glass door. The unit utilizes a quality, effective, and hermetic compressor, ensuring powerful refrigerating ability and energy saving. The thermal insulation layer, made from hard polyurethane foamed plastics, contributes to its lightweight design and excellent cold retention.

The models vary in dimensions and net capacity:
- PRF65DX/PRF657DX: 575x540x1645 mm (W×D×H), 189 L Net Capacity.
- PRF90DX/PRF907DX: 575x610x1710 mm (W×D×H), 239 L Net Capacity.
- PRF125DX/PRF1257DX: 615x610x1990 mm (W×D×H), 339 L Net Capacity.
- PRF155DX/PRF1557DX: 655x705x1990 mm (W×D×H), 439 L Net Capacity.
All models maintain a temperature range of 0~10°C and feature a mechanical control system. They include a lock and light. Refrigerants used are R600a for PRF65DX/PRF657DX and R290 for the other models. The climate type for all models is 3, 4, 5.
The operating voltage range is 97V~130V. A voltage stabilizer appliance of at least 500W is recommended to protect the compressor when voltage fluctuates outside this range. The A-weighted emission sound pressure level is below 70Db(A).
Usage Features:
- Temperature Control: The temperature inside the cabinet is controlled via a temperature control knob. Turning the knob clockwise increases the figure, which lowers the temperature. A setting of '3-4' is generally suitable, while '6' provides continuous operation (not recommended for more than 24 hours).
- Placement: The unit is for indoor application only. It should be placed on a perfectly even surface, at least 10 cm away from walls, and leveled using adjustable feet. It must be kept away from heat sources, direct sunlight, and air streams from ventilation fans, open doors, or windows. Sufficient space for ventilation, especially at the rear, is crucial.
- Initial Operation: Before storing food, the cooler should run empty for about two hours.
- Energy Saving: To conserve energy, avoid frequently opening the door or leaving it open for extended periods.
- Safety Precautions:
- Do not cut or remove the third ground prong from the power cord.
- The appliance is not designed for use with an inverter.
- Secure the power cord behind the appliance to prevent accidental injury.
- Always grip the plug firmly when unplugging; never pull the cord.
- Do not use an extension cord; if the power cord is too short, have a qualified electrician install an outlet.
- Do not store explosive substances (e.g., aerosol cans with flammable propellant) inside.
- Do not damage the cooling fluid circuit or the walls of the machine.
- Do not use electrical appliances inside food storage compartments unless recommended by the manufacturer.
- The appliance should not be used by persons with reduced physical, sensorial, or mental capacities, or lack of experience, unless supervised or instructed by a responsible person. Children must be monitored to prevent them from playing with the equipment.
- Keep all ventilation openings clear of obstruction.
- Installation should only be carried out by a suitably qualified person to reduce fire hazard.
Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning:
- Before first use, clean the cabinet with warm water and 5% neutral soap, then dry with a soft cloth. For glass parts, use specific products to avoid limestone residues.
- Periodical cleaning every 30-45 days is suggested. Wipe the inside and surface with a soft cloth, neutral soap, or detergent.
- For internal plastic parts, use a light solution of soap and water. Avoid hard chemical detergents as they may cause loss of brightness or deformation.
- For external metallic surfaces, avoid hard chemicals to prevent harm to the painting and sanitary protection.
- Always disconnect the power plug before cleaning.
- Troubleshooting: The manual provides a comprehensive troubleshooting guide for common issues such as lamp not lighting, condenser fan not running, compressor not working, temperature issues, and noise. It advises when to seek professional maintenance.
- Common Phenomena (Not Troubles):
- Sound of refrigerant flowing inside the cooler.
- Compressor and condenser becoming hot.
- Dewdrop on the surface in high ambient humidity; clean with a soft, dry cloth.
