1. Connect a USB storage device or a Micro-SD card to
your tablet and copy the required les.
2. After the copy is complete, use the Safely Remove
Hardware wizard to remove your tablet from USB storage
device.

then reinstalls Windows.
Tap Get started and then choose
an option.
Reset this PC
Keep my les
Removes apps and settings, but keeps your personal les.
Remove everything
Removes all of your personal les, apps, and settings.
This option enables you to start up from a device or compact
disc (such as DVD or USB drive) and change your tablet’s
rmware settings, change Windows startup settings, or restore
Windows from the system image. If you want to perform this
action, click Restart Now.

NOTE: Third-party applications will be removed.
Go to Settings -> Update & security -> Recovery to
recover
your tablet
