Loading the Tandem Paper Tray
Carefully pull out paper tray
until it stops to open tray.
When closing paper tray,
do not slam the drawer,
Square the paper and place
in LEFT side of paper tray.
Do not exceed the paper
mark indicator.
Carefully close paper tray. The
copier will move the paper from
the LEFT to the RIGHT side of the
paper Tray
After machine has
ceased all movements,
carefully pull out paper
tray until it stops.
Reload paper on the LEFT
side again and carefully close
the paper tray.
Note:
When paper loaded in the right side of Tray 1 runs out, paper on the left is automatically shifted to the right. While the paper is moving, a
message instructing you to wait appears. Do not pull out the tray at this time. TO AVOID OR MINAMIZE PAPER JAMS WHEN LOADING
TRAY1,ONLY LOAD PAPER ON THE LEFT SIDE OF PAPER TRAY.
