Fault Information
Troubleshooting
SAJ technical support.
Frequency Error
Check the setting of country and check the frequency of the
local grid. If the above mentioned are in normal, please
contact your distributor or call SAJ technical support.
Grid Lost Error
Check the connection status between the AC side of the
inverter and the grid, if the above mentioned are in normal,
please contact your distributor or call SAJ technical support.
GFCI Error
Check the insulation resistance of the positive side and
negative side of the solar panel; check whether the inverter is
in wet environment; check the grounding of the inverter. If
the above mentioned are in normal, please contact your
distributor or call SAJ technical support.
DCI Error
If this error exists always, please contact your distributor or
call SAJ technical support.
ISO Error
Check the insulation resistance of the positive side and
negative side of the solar panel; check whether the inverter is
in wet environment; check whether the grounding of the
inverter is loose or not. If the above mentioned are in
normal, please contact your distributor or call SAJ technical
support.
Overcurrent
Check the connection status between the inverter and the
grid and test whether the volt. of the grid is stable or not, if
the above mentioned are in normal, please contact your
distributor or call SAJ technical support.
Over Bus Voltage
Check the settings of the solar panel. SAJ designer can help
you. If the above mentioned are in normal, please contact
your distributor or call SAJ technical support.
PV Overcurrent
If this error always exists, please contact your distributor or
call SAJ technical support.
PV Voltage Fault
Check the settings of the solar panel. SAJ designer can help
you. If the above mentioned are in normal, please contact
your distributor or call SAJ technical support.
Lost Communication
Check the connection of communication cables between
control board and display board. If the above mentioned are
in normal, please contact your distributor or call SAJ
technical support.
