Before
disassembling
the
unit,
spread
a
soft
rubber
mat
ora
Battery

Compartment
Lid-
cloth
on
the
workbench
to
avoid
scratches
and
grease
stains.
Do
not
use
a
material
which
is
likely
to
cause
static

the
arrow.

CABINET
TOP
REMOVAL
1.
Remove
the
three
screws
(7
~
9).
After
lifting
up
the
cabinet
Top
lightly
in
the
direction
of
the
arrow
(1),
slide
it
in
the
direction
of
the
arrow
(2).
Once
again,
slide
the
Cabinet
Top
in
the
direction
of
the
arrow
(3)
while
lifting
it.
When
the
Cabinet
Bottom
and
Cabinet
Top
is
removed,
the
Cabinet
Mic.
and
Mic.
Sensitivity
Knob
can
be
detached
from
the
unit.

because
the
transistors
and
ICs
may
be
easily
damaged
by
it.

When
mounting
the
P.C.Board;
confirm
that
the
leads,
resistors,
capacitors,
etc.,
do
not
contact
the
function
mechanism
such
as
gear
or
belt.

refer

Exploded
Views.

Reassemble
the
unit,
noting
the
kinds,
of-serews,
the:
soldering
and
arrangement
of
the
leads.
Refer

Views’
for
correct
assembly.

Before
disassembling
the
unit,
take
out
the
cassette
tape
and
the
batteries.

Reassemble
in
reverse
order.
CABINET
BOTTOM
REMOVAL
1.
Remove
the
six
screws
(1
~
6)
fastening
the
Cabinet
Bottom
and
open
the
Battery
Compartment
Lid.
2.
Carefully
detach
the
Cabinet
Bottom
by
lifting
it
in
the
2.
Take
out the
two
Bottom Covers
and
remove
the
two
screws
(10
and
11)
to
detach
the
Function
and
FF/REW
Knobs.
3.
Remove
the
five
screws
(12
~
16)
and
detach
the
Frame
in
the
direction
of
the
arrow.
By
removing
the
Frame,
the
Cue
Index
Button
and
Tape
Speed
Knob
can
be
detached.
AMPLIFIER
FPC
REMOVAL
1.
Remove
the
Cabinet
Bottom,
Cabinet
Top
and
Frame,
and
FRAME
REMOVAL
V
Remove
the
Cabinet
Top
and
Bottom
and
unsolder
the
two
speaker
leads
(brown
and
white)
from
the
speaker
terminals.
remove
the
two
screws
(17
and
18)
fastening
the
Jack
Bracket
and
Bracket.
