10. Operation
Only operate the concrete mixer if no parts (e.g.
protective covers) are missing or faulty and if the
connection cable is not damaged.
Setting up:
• Set up the concrete mixer horizontally on level, rm
ground.
• Do not set up the concrete mixer on the connection
cable!
• Lay the connection cable so that it cannot be kinked,
crushed or damaged in any other way.

Filling
• Before lling, make sure that the opening of the
drum is aligned so that no mix can fall out of the

Emptying
• To empty the drum, swivel it downwards
• Make sure that a sucient container (e.g. wheelbar-
row) is present under the drum.
• Make sure that no mix can get onto the oor.
. Fit the foot at the front (1) to the frame (3) (Fig. 4)
Connect the support foot (1) into the frame (3) and x
it with two M8x70 hexagonal bolts. Connect the spring
into the xture provided. Guide the actuating rod (14)
from below through the spring and connect it to the ex-
tension rod (15).

Mount frame and wheel support cpl. with 2 hexagonal
bolts M8x70, 2 washers 8 mm, 2 spring washers, 2 nuts
M8. Tighten the screws rmly

Place the drum lower section (7) with bearing holder
(6) on the pre-assembled frame, tighten with 2 hexag-
onal bolts M8x65, 2 washers, 2 spring washers and 2
nuts M8.
Secure with Ø42 spiral ring. Fix opposite side in place
with locking plate and 2 M8x20 hexagonal bolts.
5. Fitting the mixing plant (9) (Fig. 7)
Secure the mixing plant (9) with 2 Phillips screws
M10x20 to the drum lower section (7) with 2 washers, 2
spring washers and 2 nuts M10. Insert a rubber washer
between the mixing plant (9) and the drum (7).
6. Fitting the drum upper section (5) (Fig. 8)
Place the rubber ring on the lower section. Put on the
drum upper section (5).
Attention! The glued-on arrows mark the exact align-
ment of the drum lower (7) and upper sections (5). Align
the drum upper section (5) and t it to the drum lower
section (7) using Phillips screws M10x16 with washers
and tighten them. Secure the mixing plant (9) with 2
Phillips screws M10x20, 2 spring washers to the drum
lower section (7) with 2 washers, 2 spring washers and
2 nuts M10. Insert a rubber washer between the mixing
plant (9) and the drum (5/7).

Fit the swivel wheel (4) and the locking washer (13) to
the outer ange using two M8 hexagonal bolts, wash-
ers, spring washers and locknuts.
8. Fit the engine housing (2) ( Fig. 10)
Place the engine housing (2) on the retaining plate, se-
cure with 4 M8 safety nuts incl. washers. Fix to frame
(3) with M8x70 hexagonal bolt.
