This manual should be used in conjunction with the
System 600 APOGEE Field Panel User’s
Manual
(125-3000). This manual describes the Operator Interface Program used to
communicate with the Open Processor and other System 600 APOGEE field panels.
In addition to reading this owner's manual, you should also become familiar with the
following technical documents. Each document has been written to help you get the most
use out of your Open Processor.
x Powers Process Control Language (PPCL) User's Manual
(125-1896). This manual
describes PPCL, the language used to write the control programs for the Open
Processor.
x System 600 APOGEE Field Panel User's Quick Reference Guide
(125-3001). This
guide is a pocket version of the
Field Panel User's Manual
written for experienced
users of the operator interface. It contains a listing of the operator interface prompt
strings and the keystrokes an operator needs to access the functions.
These manuals, along with information about other Siemens Building Technologies products,
services, and technical training classes, can be obtained from your local Siemens Building
Technologies representative.
