Securely Connecting RTU3041C to TeleControl Server Basic

Solution approach
• An application program with the program blocks "Send email" and "Send SMS"
performs the sending of emails or SMSs.
• The position determination is done with the "GPS position" block. The function
block checks whether the RTU3041C moves outside the specified range.
• The RTU3041C is configured via the Web-Based Management (WBM) of the
RTU3041C.
• The blocks are graphically displayed and programmed via the Web-Based
Management (WBM) of the RTU3041C.
• The communication is secured with OpenVPN. For this purpose, the
RTU3041C connects to the SINEMA Remote Connect Server and establishes
a VPN tunnel.
To enable a secure VPN connection, you must set up port sharing on the VPN
client side and port forwarding on the VPN server side for each of the routers. The
