Quick Setup List
Page Setup Procedure Steps to Perform
3 Uncrating o Remove crate & banding.
o Locate literature pack and identify contents.
o Remove unit from bottom skid.
o Make sure roll release rods are in DRIVE position.
4 Battery Activation & o Charge the battery
(Note: proceed with other setup steps

while battery is charging).
o Install & secure battery.
5 Mower Assembly o Torque the mower blade hardware.
6 Check Fluid Levels o Fill & check Engine oil level.
o Reduce & check tire pressures
(Front tires 25 psi, rear tires 15 psi).
7 Lubrication o Lubricate all grease & oil points.
8 Burnish PTO Clutch o Burnish PTO clutch
(run for 15 seconds, repeat 10 times)

8 Final Adjustments o Perform any final adjustments as outlined in the
Operator’s Manual.
8 SAFETY CHECKS o Perform SAFETY INTERLOCK SYSTEM CHECK.
o Perform MOWER BLADE STOPPING CHECK

(Blade must stop within 5 seconds!)
