Searching for a photo
– Photo search/Photo
scan (DCR-HC15E only)
(no indicator)

You can search for a still image you have
recorded on a tape (PHOTO SEARCH).
You can also search for still images one after
another and display each image for 5 seconds
automatically regardless of the Cassette
Memory (PHOTO SCAN). Use the Remote
Commander for these operations.
Use this function to check or edit still images.
Searching for a photo by
using Cassette Memory
Before operation
•You can use this function only when playing
back a tape with Cassette Memory.
•Set CM SEARCH in to ON in the menu
settings. (The default setting is ON.)
The POWER switch should be set to .
(1) Press SEARCH MODE on the Remote
Commander repeatedly, until the
PHOTO SEARCH indicator appears.
The indicator changes as follows:
t TITLE SEARCH t DATE SEARCH
PHOTO SCAN T PHOTO SEARCH T
(2) Press . or > on the Remote
Commander to select the date for
playback. Your camcorder
automatically starts playback of the
photo having the date that you selected.

Vous pouvez rechercher une image fixe
enregistrée sur une cassette (PHOTO SEARCH).
Vous pouvez également rechercher des images
fixes l’une après l’autre et afficher chaque
image automatiquement pendant 5 secondes
sans vous préoccuper de la mémoire de
cassette (PHOTO SCAN). Utilisez la
télécommande pour effectuer ces opérations.
Utilisez cette fonction pour vérifier ou monter
des images fixes.
Recherche d’une photo à l’aide
de la mémoire de cassette
Avant de commencer
•Vous ne pouvez utiliser cette fonction que
lors de la lecture d’une cassette dotée d’une
mémoire de cassette.
•Réglez CM SEARCH sur ON dans les
réglages de menu (le réglage par défaut est
ON).
Réglez le commutateur POWER sur .
(1) Appuyez plusieurs fois sur la touche
SEARCH MODE de la télécommande
jusqu’à ce que l’indicateur PHOTO
SEARCH apparaisse à l’écran.
L’indicateur change comme suit :
t TITLE SEARCH t DATE SEARCH
PHOTO SCAN T PHOTO SEARCH T
(2) Pour sélectionner la date de la partie à
lire, appuyez sur . ou > sur la
télécommande. Votre caméscope lance
automatiquement la lecture de la photo
dont vous avez sélectionné la date.
