Suzuki HP-8 User Manual

This Suzuki Piano offers a built-in Metronome thatcanbesetto various Meters (beats) and Tempos
ranging from 40 BPMto 240 BPM.
TO SELECT ANDADJUSTTHE METRONOME FEATURE

11 Press the Metronome Button andthe LEOs above

the Measure Button will sequence to the tempo of
the
selected beat. Default Tempo is 120 BPM.
To increase the Tempo, press the Up Value button.
To decrease the Tempo ofthe Metronome press the
Down Value button. Every timethe Up or Down
Value button is pressed it will increase or decrease
the Tempo by5 BPM.
You may adjust the Tempo with the sound offby
selecting the measure button andthen pressing the
Up or
Down Value buttons.

to 120BPM press both the Upand Down
Value buttons simultaneously
TO CHANGE THE BEAT SELECTION OFTHE METRONOME

11 Press the Measure Button andtheLEDofthe
selected time signature will tumon. Continue to
press the measure button to select the desired beat.

The choice oftime signatures are 4/4, 314, 2/4, 6/8
and
''basic beaf'(no down beat accent).
ThelitLED will indicate which time signature has
been selected.
The "basic beaf' selection is indicated by having no
LED's engaged .
