Cautions regarding configurations
• The SMD7/SMD9 are designed to connect with a single DRS4W radar sensor. Connection
with multiple radar sensors in not available.
• The DRS4W radar sensor can connect with up to two separate SMD7/SMD9 units.
• Up to four SMD7/SMD9 units can be connected to the same NMEA2000 network.
However, settings and data are not shared directly between units.
• All optional items are manufactured by FURUNO ELECTRIC CO.,LTD. Contact your
FURUNO dealer for purchase.
