z Remove the pin bolt cap.
z Loosen the bolt.
z Remove the front wheel shaft bolt.
z Take out the front wheel.
Remove brake caliper mounting bolt and then
remove the brake caliper.
Caution
Do not operate the brake lever after the clipper
removed to avoid clipping the brake lining.
Pry out the brake lining with a flat driver if lining is
clipped.
Remove brake lining bolt.
Take out the lining.
Tighten Torque:
Mounting bolt: 2.9-3.5 kgf-m
Pin bolt: 1.5-2.0 kgf-m
Pin bolt cap: 0.8-1.2 kgf-m
The brake light switch is to light up brake light as
brake applied. Replace the switch if the light
does not light up in properly.
Caution
The brake light switch is un-adjustable.
