• Volume button function: Use the Volume UP/DOWN
keyasthecamerakey,therecordvideokey,thezoom
key, or for the system volume.
• Touch to capture:Capturephotosorvideosbysimply
tapping anywhere on the screen. You will also be able
tousethezoomfeaturebyscrollingup/downonthe
screenwithonenger.
• Grid: Displayshorizontalandverticalgridlinesas
referencestohelpyoualigndierentelementsinthe
picture.
• Storage: Select the memory location for storage. This
only appears if an optional memory card (not included)
is installed. Default setting is to the phone.
• Save location information: Attach a GPS location tag
to the picture. Default setting is ON.
• Shutter sound: Enable or disable the sound the
shutter makes when you take a picture. Default setting
is ON.
• Spirit level: Hels you level your camera and uses its
sensors to show the angel of rotation for more aligned
pictures.
• Reset settings: Resetallcamerasettingstotheir
default modes.

When you are ready to take a picture or video, simply
view the subject on the screen and tap the capture/
record icon. The camera will automatically adjust focus
and lighting. If you prefer to adjust the settings manually,
tap on the screen where you want the main-focus area to
be and adjust the levels to your preferences.
You can also select from the camera options at the top of
the screen.
• Aspect ratio: Chooseimagesizeratiofrom4:3,16:9,
1:1orfullscreen.Defaultoptionis4:3.
• HDR (High Dynamic Range): Automatically corrects
the backlight to produce a brighter and richer picture.
• Timer: You can set the timer to take a picture or a
video in 2, 5, or 8-second delays.
• Flash: Set to ON, OFF or AUTO to produce the lighting
eectyouwant.Invideomode,youcanturntheash
ON for continuous illumination of your subject while
you are recording.
• Filter: Takeartisticpicturesbycustomizingyourimage
usingpre-selected,custom,orfacelters.
• Mic: You can turn the microphone ON/OFF while you
are recording so that you capture sound in the video.
Default option is ON.
