To record from the tape deck connected to the "TAPE/VCR 2” ter¬
minals to the VCR connected to the “VCR 1” terminals and
vice versa.
Before recording, prepare the VCR (or tape deck) for recording
(recording level adjustment, input selector setting for VCR, etc.).
See the operating instructions of each unit for details.
Have you completed the steps 1-3 (on page 12)
of “Mutual Operations” ?

Press the tape‘monitor/VCR 2 button.
The tape indicator will illuminate.

You may select any of the input selectors other than
VCR i.

2 Begin recording on VCR (or tape deck) and
playback of the tape deck (or VCR).
Follow the operating instructions of each unit.
If a second VCR is connected to the “TAPE/VCR 2” terminals,
tape-to-tape recording (audio only) is possible by following the
above procedures.
To record from the VCR to the
deck
Press the “VCR 1” button.
