Reset EMC signal is only available in Servo Off condition
(SON contact is open) and reset AL-09 by ALRS signal.
P.S.) It is NOT allow to reset when SON is applied.

Servo ON and Servo OFF conditions.
Attention!
Ensure that the speed command are removed before the
alarm is reset to avoid motor unexpected start.
