FourWheelDrive
FourWheelDriveOnly
The“AutomaticonDemand”fourwheeldrivefeature,
onthisvehicledoesnotrequireoperatoractivation.
Thefrontwheeldriveisnotengaged(nopower
deliveredtofrontwheels)untiltherearwheelsbegin
tolosetraction.Thebi–directionalclutchsensesthe
rearwheelsslipping,engagesthefrontwheeldriveand
deliverspowertothefrontwheels.Thefourwheel
drivesystemcontinuestodeliverpowertothefront
wheelsuntiltherearwheelshaveenoughtractionto
movethevehiclewithoutslipping.Oncethisoccurs,
thesystemstopsdeliveringpowertothefrontwheels
andthehandlingcharacteristicsbecomesimilartothat
ofatwowheeldrivevehicle.Thefourwheeldrive
systemfunctionsinbothfrowardandreverse,however,
whenturningtherearwheelswillslipslightlymore
beforepowerisdeliveredtothefrontwheels.

linetoholesinfrontframemember.Moveshifterto
Neutralandreleaseparkingbrake.Ifmachinemustbe
movedaconsiderabledistance,transportitonatruck
